The wrong tool for the job.

In which I prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the boiling water is in fact boiling. Also that the heating coil is super hot, the bottom temp is the max temp measured, it tops out at 600 and this is the highest temp recorded before hitting its limit.

Related/unrelated, how crazy does the coil look using this camera? Had a normal orange glow to the naked eye.
