Not only did the attendant not switch on the pumps (usually they just push the button as soon as I get out of the car) but the EFTPOS at pump is now only for people with some crappy Mobile members card. This meant I had to go into the place TWICE, once just to ask the attendant’s kind permission to let me pump some fucking petrol, the next to pay.

This is only a little thing, but they got the experience completely, utterly wrong.
