Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009)

The third part of the unexpectedly long lived Underworld series of vampires vs werewolves movies – and prequel to the others. Here we learn the circumstances of the revolt of the enslaved “Lycans,” as they rise up against their Vampire masters.

I gguess that if you like werewolf movies, or perhaps if you’re a big fat (and increasingly anachronistic) goth, then you’ll probably dig it. I mean, in that light it’s pretty much alright. In most other lights, though, it’s not so good.

At least, as it was shot in New Zealand, I could play a fun game of Spot the Kiwi Actor. (Most prominent is Craig Parker as a freedom fighting immortal. Talk about typecast!)

I wouldn’t bother, if I were you.

(But if I were you I’d probably stay in bed all day playing with my boobs.) (Did I ever tell you that I like to assume that my readership is populated entirely by smoking hot girls?)

    But if you were a girl you wouldn’t stay in bed all day playing with your boobs UNLESS you only got to be a girl for a day or something, then you might.
